Responsibilities:

Controls Specification Support – The Controls Specialist supports the Controls Department in generating control specification packages for the company. The packages include control systems one line diagrams; relay/dimming panel schedules, written product specifications, and sensor layouts.

  • Once a project is out in the bid stage, the Controls Specialist reviews project requirements to confirm correct ballast integration and overall control design requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Electrical Engineering Degree and background in addition to experience in control systems preferred
  • Strong software skills – Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat and AutoCAD
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Be Our Guest, a rental company serving Caterers and Event Professionals throughout New England, is seeking an experienced Transportation Manager to effectively and profitably manage the delivery and pick up of high end party rental equipment.

Be Our Guest’s industry is highly seasonal, the Transportation Manager is responsible for supervising forty plus individuals, one-third in low season with over four hundred weekly deliveries and pickups, Monday through Sunday, in high season.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise daily activities of delivery personnel, and direct staff:

  • Schedule delivery and pick-up schedules for all rental equipment including linen
  • Coordinate schedule with the Warehouse, Linen, and Operations Department about equipment needs
